As Vice President of Talent Management at Fortress Information Security (Fortress), Bart focuses on the importance of vendor relationships for Fortress clients.
Bart brings over 15 years of B2B and Channel Development experience to the team in many different facets. He brings an extensive network to Fortress that, coupled with years of hands-on experience within Information Technology, Security and Risk Management, has helped grow the business tremendously during his tenure.
Bart graduated with a degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and subsequently earned his MBA from the University of Maryland University College with a focus in Technology & Management. More recently, Bart has attained his graduate certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School with a focus on Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age.
He is an active contributor and member of many local and national Information Security organizations such as the Information Systems Security Associations (ISSA), InfraGard, Florida Cyber Alliance, Space Coast Tech Council (SCTC), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), ISC2, and Leaders Excellence Harvard Square. Bart brings to Fortress his specializations in Talent Management & Acquisition, Full Cycle Talent Attraction and Retention Strategy, Business Development, National Account Management, Vendor Management, Change Management, Six Sigma Lean Methodology, and B2B Consulting, all within the Information Technology and Information Security space.
